Events Return Policy
Refunds for Event Cancellation
If the event organizer cancels the event for any reason, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund. The refund will be processed within 14 days of the event cancellation date.
Refunds for Ticket Cancellations
If you like to cancel for any reason, we ask for 14 days or more advance notice so we can have enough time to re-allocate spaces for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
3 days to 13 days in advance for a 50% refund.
For any cancellation under 3 days, no refund.
No Refunds
No refunds will be issued for events in these instances:
Tickets are lost, stolen, or damaged.
Tickets are purchased from unauthorized sellers.
Ticket holders are ejected from the event for violating the terms and conditions of the event.
Ticket holders who do not show up for the event.
Product Return Policy
30-day returns policy for any valid reason with products bought in person within the store.
Distance Selling
If you purchase goods online, over the phone, or by mail order, you have a 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This means that you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, and the retailer must give you a full refund.
To cancel your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can do this by writing to us, emailing us, or contacting us in person. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Exclusions
Goods that have been made to your specifications or are clearly personalised
Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
Goods that have been sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery
Goods that are mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery
Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals
Digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium
Services that have already been performed
